I will never forget the most memorable moments that occurred at the conference formerly known as Lotusphere. 2 of them, especially, had a huge impact on my life and my career. IBM Think 2019 clearly demonstrated two things. First, regardless of what the event is called, the Collaboration Solutions Family is an amazing group of people, and I am honoured to count many among them as my friends.
